- I accept several insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New York, Highmark BlueCross BlueShield, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. I also accept private pay and offer a sliding scale when cost may be a barrier.
