I help people who feel stuck in their lives to learn what is getting in the way of living better, whatever better means to them. If we work together, first and foremost, I listen. I listen to your life experiences, goals, and how you have suffered. I work with you to understand how your symptoms have been solutions to painful life circumstances so that we can transform your suffering from pure pain into a source of meaningful learning. When you know better how your mind works, you can make more informed choices and improve your relationships. When I offer treatment, I commit to being in it with you and bearing this hard work together.I am a psychoanalytic therapist.
